Our baby is 3 yrs old......

Last week Robbie, Ella and I went to see Dr. O'Connor for the first time for Ella's yearly check up. Let's just say that Ella wasn't fond of him at first, but warmed up right before it was time to leave. We have always gone to Dr. Wean, but she isn't in our network anymore ;-( We might be going back to her since Ella and I both love her.

Dr. O'Connor was please with Ella's growth and development since her last appointment over a year go. It was so cute because he asked us if she talked in full sentences or just a few words? Robbie and I both started laughing and said " she talks all the time." Which is so so true. She is for sure our little chatter box ;-) Wouldn't change it for the world.

Ella's milestones :

* Still is in bed by 8:15-8:30 every night, and sleeps anywhere from 11-12 hours.

* Eats everything under the sun some days, and then others we can't get her to eat. Common for this age as you know.

* Knows all of her ABC's, can count to 30 sometimes 40 ( still missing a few numbers here and there) knows all of her colors, and shapes.

* We have been working on our phone numbers and home address which she is doing great at.

* Loves playing basketball, soccer, and baseball with Daddy but she is still going to cheer were pretty sure.

* Is mommy's little Barbie girl. Every night the three of us play Barbie's. The child loves to play with Barbies.

* Has an obsession with baby dolls. The child has a baby doll with her at all times and will carry and love on her for hours and hours. She is going to be such a great big sister.

* Loves kissing and singing songs to her sister. So cute and something I never want to forget.

* Uses to BIG GIRL potty and hasn't had one accident. Were such proud parents.

* Loves to cheer ... HAHA

* She is into doing flips and likes to jump off the couch and cheer in the air if someone isn't watching ( just because she knows she isn't supposed to be doing such a thing, but kids will be kids)

* Robbie' mom still watches Ella for us everyday and Ella really enjoys all the shopping they do. She is our little shopper I must say. ;-)

* Ella has a love for Great Grandma Dixie that just blows me away. She talks about her all the time and when we see her and is right by her side the whole time. So precious.

* Ella is wearing size 5 jeans and 4/5 tops and a size 9/10 shoe. She is growing like a weed it seems like.

* Loves playing and feeding her doggies. Let's just say that if she doesn't like something the dogs are the ones that usually end up eating it. lol

* As always, I'm sure there are things that I'm missing. Ella is maturing into a sweet sweet little girl that we couldn't imagine life without. She is truly a blessing. She is our little stinker that amazes us everyday by something she is either saying or doing. It's so fun being a mommy!!! ;-)
