It's all about Ella...
Ella has been doing so many things and saying so many new things that we never want to forget. It seems as if every time we pick her up from Dick and Reva's she has come up with something new. From singing songs to telling stories she seems to have it all covered.
Since I have a few free mommy minutes I thought I would take a few minutes to share Ella's latest and greatest ;-)
* Ella knows every word to "Go Cubs Go." She loves to sing this in Daddy's car when he picks her up. It's so cute, because she sings with a big smile on her face and if you look at the driver her does too.. LOL..
* Loves to say her ABC's and count. She does great saying her ABC's but seems to leave out 11,12.. When she counts. She is still young and will have them down before we know it.
* Ella never forget anything. You tell her once or she sees it once she remembers forever and ever.
- Last night when we got home from Robbie's game Daddy asked Ella what Brent said at the game. She said " Home run... number 3 Clark Pence". Of course this was at least 3 hours after the fact. Robbie and I were both amazed that she remembered everything he said. She is just an amazing little girl..
- When we passes Bamboo Gardens the other day Ella says to me " Mommy we eat there with Cindy". We ate there with Cindy about 3 months ago.
Were just amazing by how much she picks up on and remembers. I'm sure it's just this age, but hey Robbie and I are still amazed.
* Still loves to sleep with her mommy and daddy. If you ask her who she is going to sleep with she points to her Daddy and I.. HAHA...
* Ella is now wearing size 4t pants for length but still needs 24months-2t for her waste.. HAHA.. Seems to be working out well since most of her pants have the adjustable waste. Same with shirts. She needs a size 4 for the length, but still could wear a size 2-3T. Hoping that she grow out of this or I'm going to have to start making her clothes.. JK..
* Sleeps anywhere from about 10-13 hours a night and still takes one maybe two naps a day. The girl loves her sleep and watch out if she doesn't get it.. HAHA..
* Enjoys going to Daddy's baseball games. She does a great job sitting in the stands. Robbie doesn't want us to stand by the fence 1 because it isn't safe, and 2 because I just simply don't watch for foul balls that great... We just play and "yell" at Daddy on the field.. HAHA... It seems that every game we have at least 3 little friends playing with us. Ella loves every minute of it..
* Ella is all the time swinging her arms like she is bating or actually has her bat. She is just like her Daddy when it comes to that. We shall see what he future holds.. ;-)
* When it comes to eating Ella does pretty good for the most part. She will eat pretty much anything, but there are days when she really doesn't eat much. Dr. Wean said this was going to happen. It's just part of growing up. On nights that she doesn't eat well she drinks a lot so I'm ok with it..
* Ella loves her some brown milk as she calls it. It's to the point now that she won't drink anything other then chocolate milk. One of those things that we got started and probably shouldn't have.. Oh well could always be worse.
* Ella loves to play babies and spends a lot of her time in her play room. Her love for her babies puts a smile on my face every time. She is just so compassionate and caring. She talks to her babies like I talk to her and I love it.. Her latest and greatest is " It's ok honey, you'll be alright". Of course that's what I say to her when she falls... HAHA
Those are just a few of the things that Ella is saying and still doing that I can remember right now.. She seems to amaze her Daddy and I more and more everyday. Ella has truly been a true blessing and I can't wait to see what the rest of the summer brings for us..
