July 4th..


This 4th of July was wonderful. Robbie, Ella and I were able to spend the whole weekend with family and friends. Friday night the three of us went out on a date, and then we were able to sleep in for a little bit on Saturday morning. Saturday we had family pictures taken. Which is something that we haven't done since before Ella. I know it's terrible ! We just take so many pictures of each other all the time ;-) I can't wait to get them back to see what they look like. Ella was a trooper and thank goodness it was in the early morning before it got super hot. After our pictures the four of us headed to Lebanon for the rest of the weekend.
Ella and Riley both napped on the way to Lebanon. They were both super cute ;-) The girls were able to play all weekend together. It's so much fun watching them play and mock what the other one is doing. Moments like that remind me so much of when my sister and I were little. We had so much fun and were raised by two great people. Sunday everyone went to the parade. There were about 50 people in our party before it was over. It's a tradition that we just have a pitch in and have a great time. The girls were lucky and got tons of candy. Of course Ella wanted to try a little bit of everything ;-) On such a wonderful day who could tell her NO.. Not her mommy.. ;-)
