As always, let me start off by saying that I have the best husband in the world. On Saturday Robbie took his mom, Ella and myself out to lunch. We had a great time just sitting and chatting. Ella slept almost the whole time. Which was good that she took a nap but selfish of me because I wanted her to be awake with her mommy... Can't have everything I know.. ;-) After lunch, Robbie and his dad were sports and took us to Cynthia's. I had just a few things that I wanted to get.. I was after one of the new Willow Trees which I was able to find, and I just needed to look around. I love that store... After spending out about a hour walking around it was time to go, and Ella was not shy about letting us know.. HAHA. She needed to get home and play. She is really into going from the sitting position to her belly. Which is hard to do in her stroller..It won't be long and she will be on the move. She is starting to rock back and forth, but she's just not sure what to do.. I love watching her try to do new things.
For Mother's Day Robbie and Ella had two surprises for Mommy. My first surprise was a personalized baseball bat. It says the date and then Happy Mother's Day love Ella Nicole. I love it.. My plan is to get a case for it and hang it on the wall beside a picture of Ella. ;-) It will be something that I will remember forever and ever. I won't have to think about what I got for my first Mother's Day. I will always have something to remind me.. Thanks Robbie and Ella I love you both sooooooooooooo much...
Also much to my surprise Robbie had everything taken care of so we could spend the weekend at my mom and dads. It was nice to have been able to spend Mother's Day with my mom and sister. We had a great time just sitting around talking and playing with the girls. I'm hoping this is something that we can do every year.
Thanks so much Robbie for making my first Mother's Day a day that I will never forget.. I love you.. You are so sneaky...
